Obtaining a Turkish Language C1 Certificate before applying to university or before the results are announced will give you an advantage over your competitors. When you are admitted to university, you will start directly with education, i.e., the 1st grade. However, if you don't have a certificate, or if you don't know much, you will be placed in a level placement exam, and if you don't pass with a level of at least B2, you will have to take a 1-year preparatory course.
